We are delighted that this course will be delivered by Dr Linda Nicolaides, a food safety specialist from the University of Greenwich.  Linda is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health and a member of RSPH’s Food Sector Advisory Panel. She has experience supporting SMEs around the world with food safety.
